The Lavender AI provides actionable coaching in real time: it identifies specific improvements—subject line length, email length, personalisation quality, reading level, call-to-action clarity—and quantifies their expected impact on reply rates. For European users, Lavender's US incorporation and cloud infrastructure mean that email content and prospect data are processed in the US. However, as a coaching tool that processes email drafts rather than sending infrastructure, the GDPR exposure is somewhat more limited than a bulk outreach platform.
